Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) business days from the day of the customer’s receiving the item(s). The customer must contact us in advance to arrange the return and receive the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for the item(s). All returned merchandise must be in mint condition with all with all originally shipped accessories, tags, dust cover bags, documentations, and authenticity cards, if any. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is not reimbursed without prior approval.
